The operations manager will work with our President to grow and implement strategies and processes to provide direction, messaging and continuity to our growing team.
The operations manager will need to be skilled in the areas of working with and growing multiple departments, software and tools to keep the organization moving forward. We are a new and growing non profit.
Cascade Relief Team is a newer non profit that has been making fast strides in disaster relief. In order to grow we recognize the need for an Operations Manager to continue growth and forward movement.
The ideal volunteer would have some experience in this role. We are open to suggestions to software, and other tools suggestions to make operations flow.
