The High School Career Coach will report to the projects coordinator. The Career Coach will be based in an area high school(s) and is responsible for helping high school students define their career aspirations and identifying community college programs and/or training to meet those aspirations and achieve their educational goals. The Career Coach will empower students to make informed decisions regarding career and educational plans in preparation for success in post-secondary education and training.

fafyDev will be focusing on talents identification in the area of Sports, Education and Entertainment. The process will include organizing sports competition, quiz and debates in schools and talent hunt shows.We will form partnership with individuals and organizations to take the talents to higher level.

Fisoye akinyemi foundation for youths development is a registered non-profit/ non-governmental organization in Nigeria. Its programs is directed at developing, empowering and equipping youths (especially in underserved communities)with the necessary skills and resources to prepare them for adulthood.
We have series of programs ranging from:
Sports competitions
Talent hunts
Skill acquisition programmes for youths
Career awareness outreaches
Quiz competitions for high school students
Summer camps etc.
