Have you ever wanted to join a broadcasting team that specializing in Japanese music culture? We are MTI Countdowns, a federally Canadian recognized non-profit organization based in the Greater Toronto Area and we are looking for ambitious and passionate members from the public interested either in the media industry and/or in Japanese music culture (or Japanese culture in general).

What are we about? We are a group of young and ambitious individuals who have an innate passion for music and broadcasting. As a registered non-profit organization based out of Canada, our goal is to educate and entertain Japanese music culture to everyone around the world. We believe the power and future of digital radio broadcasting is in podcasting. We strive to be acclaimed at educating and entertaining listeners in Japanese music culture. We cater our podcast to the feedback and needs of listeners. We believe in the development of the Japanese music industry through digital media broadcasting. Our podcast show is called Japan Top 10 and it is a podcast focusing on the mainstream music from Japan along with the cultural aspects that are intertwined in Japan's music.

We are also very well established organization, our show Japan Top 10 has an average of 77 thousand worldwide listeners in this past month, over a million listeners since we started in 2013 and we are frequently in the top 200 list of all podcasts on the Japanese iTunes store. Our organization has been around for a decade now and Japan Top 10 has been around since March 2013 (over 5 years). We have an international based staff, consisting of around 15 volunteers from the USA, Japan and Malaysia along with a board of directors in the Greater Toronto Area.

We are currently looking for front line staff to be an on-air host, content producer (production of scripts in our episodes) and audio editors. Although we do not provide remuneration for our staff's service, THERE ARE MONETARY REWARDS TO STAFF WHO DEMONSTRATE EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCE AND FOR STAFF WHO HIT THEIR ANNIVERSARY YEARS.
