Are you a master storyteller, relationship builder, and networker with a minimum of 5 years experience fundraising for small to medium sized nonprofits, and you're passionate about education and health equity?
Then we need you!
Metamorphasis Powerhouse Company is seeking a Volunteer Director of Donor Management who can help us pivot in the new normal and scale our fundraising efforts to ensure communities thrive.
What you'll be helping us do:
- Establish relationships with major funders and community stakeholders to raise awareness, and solicit funding commitments in alignment with the mission and vision of Metamorphasis Powerhouse Company
- Help identify and manage a donor management system
- Spear-head the fundraising committee on the Advisory Board and work hand in hand with the CEO, CFO
- Work with the Marketing Coordinator to establish fundraising initiatives that yield revenue for our programs and general operating support
- Be available to serve as subject matter expert on fundraising as needed
You're a perfect candidate if you have:
- 5 years+ Experience consistently raising $100k+ in funding for a nonprofit
- 5 years+ Experience consistently building relationships with corporate funders and federal grants
- 5 years+ Experience curating innovative fundraising initiatives and events to engage major donors
- Experience with donor management software programs

Our programs equip people to become empowered to say YES to their dreams and goals, and NO to destructive lifestyle choices.
Just Say YES to Youth Initiative equips youth to succeed by educating them through project-based learning, dynamic mentors, and out-of-the-box classroom curriculum, reinforcing positive choices and how to design a growth mindset.
Primary services are in the areas of Early Ed, K-12 Ed, & Adult Ed related to: Academic/ financial literacy, career readiness & entrepreneurship, STE(A)M services to advance educational enrichment for youth and adults, and birth-3yo language nutrition.
Our volunteers are on-site at schools, running our community-based learning labs in partnered public spaces or working virtually using tech to advance our mission to turn everyday places into public learning classrooms to help people evolve into their best selves.
