Girls on the Run of Los Angeles County
Girls on the Run Los Angeles needs passionate people just like YOU to join our team of Coach/Mentors in a transformational program for girls in 3rd-8th grade. During these challenging times, they need you now more than ever!
GOTRLA creatively integrates running into character development lessons that inspire girls to love who they are, have healthy relationships, and make a difference in their community.
We recognize the important connection between body and mind. Our program centers around fun and accessible physical activity, ensuring we are strengthening physical-as well as emotional- health.
Join one of our remote-VIRTUAL or socially-distanced IN-PERSON teams in LA County this Spring from Mid-March through Early May. Weekday(afternoon/afterschool hours) and Weekend teams (morning hours) available, It just takes an afternoon a week or one weekend morning to build a lifetime of healthy habits.
It is our goal to ensure you are comfortable and equipped in supporting our girls during these difficult times, dedicated GOTRLA staff will provide you with everything you need to make a real difference in your community!
No previous running or coaching experience required but always welcome!

Our mission is to educate and prepare girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.
Girls on the Run of Los Angeles County is a lot more than a running program. We are fitness and health for mind, body and life. Girls on the Run of Los Angeles County is a life-changing, learning program for girls age eight to fourteen years old. Our 12-week afterschool program combines training for a 3.1 mile run/walk event with self-esteem enhancing, uplifting workouts. The goals of the programs are to encourage positive emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical development.
