SOLUTION

We are building an AI-powered CRM that integrates with open source VOIP system. Twilio or Asterik can be used for API integration for VOIP part of application. Machine Learning will also be integrated to "teach" the system how to follow up with a company's customers or end-users.

CSR= Customer Service Rep

1. Call comes in and CSR answers 2. Call is recorded and transcribed using an AI tool like JOG.AI (the whole conversation will be transcribed in company’s CRM) 3. AI determines important areas of customer calls based on Keywords that the Customer says like "Sign Up" or "I am frustrated" or "I would like to cancel my service" 4. Based on the keywords stated by Customer, the company’s platform will generate a suggested plan of action along with a template to respond via Email or SMS Examples include: If (customer says "Sign Up") then (AI will suggest emailing "Sign Up" form template) --this will ensure management that the appropriate customers looking to Sign Up for a service receive the appropriate follow up and should increase overall sales and reduce lost leads If (customer says "I would like to cancel my service" or "I want a refund" or "I’m really unhappy/not happy with the service I received") then (AI will suggest emailing or sending an SMS for a free month of service to try to keep customer) Company CRM platform will automatically add the Customer’s name and voice transcription into a Record. The Record will also contain all logs of emails and texts with the Customer in chronological order so any CSR and Manager can see the entire lifecycle of Customer communication end-to-end. Built on top of existing CRM Theme from Code Canyon.

Mission Statement

At Kivato Education Center, we believe that money should not determine who is able to receive a quality education and strive to provide low-income families with quality academic support. Through our status as a 501 (c) (3) and by offering small group tutoring sessions, opposed to typical one-on-one help, we are able to keep our prices 40-60% below that of commercial tutoring services. Additionally we work to build a mentor-type connection between tutor and tutee that fosters confidence and creates a level of comfort at which guidance may be offered and accepted.

Who We Are

We are a non-profit organization based in Houston that offers supplemental education to under served communities and under privileged families. We provide academic professionals to provide tutoring, test prep, and learning disability therapy, to students grade K-12. We also help families that need help finding affordable private school options for students who struggle to learn in the traditional class environment.

What We Do

We provide tutoring, mentorship, supplemental education, and guidance to students in under served communities and under privileged families. Many of our experiences and backgrounds are similar to those we teach and this allows for us to provide vital information and networking skills that can be left out from traditional tutoring centers. This can include helping with choosing a major, improving studying habits, selecting a career, or anything else that stems from our experiences. This can also include that extra push from another voice that can relate.
