The Team Retention Committee is responsible for bringing back prior Walk teams. This committee will work on team retention strategies including planning and executing the Past Team Registration Event and Walk Celebration Party.

Some activities our Team Retention Committee work on are:

  • Execute the Team Captain Engagement Plan to welcome, thank, and motivate our Team Captains in their fundraising
  • Send team touches to make sure our Team Captains know they are appreciated and informed
  • Plan and execute the Past Team Registration Event and Walk Celebration Party

The Alzheimer's Association Tennessee Chapter has offices in these cities; Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Memphis. We have a team of volunteers across the state leading the way in program delivery, fundraising and advocacy.

Most volunteer opportunities can be done from your own home during your own selected hours.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The person selected for this position must serve through the end of 2021. The time commitment includes preparing for and attending monthly committee meetings and ongoing community outreach.
  • Committee meetings will be online via phone/video. Members will communicate via phone, email and text. Volunteers will be required to follow organization COVID protocols when representing the association.
