HVAF is looking for volunteers to serve in our food and clothing pantries interacting with our veterans on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays (9:30 am - 2 pm).
We also need help stocking our food and clothing pantries on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (anytime between 8:30 am - 4 pm). Would you consider volunteering on a weekly or monthly basis or would a day or a few hours here or there work to volunteer at HVAF?
We have instituted new protocols to help keep our volunteers and veterans safe. Everyone is required to wear a face mask while in the building. We maintain social distancing and sanitize common areas often. The volunteers are given a face shield and gloves to help protect them. We also are limiting the number of veterans and volunteers in our building. We hope you will consider donating some of your time to assist us and help serve our veterans.
HVAF is located at 964 N Pennsylvania St, Indianapolis, IN 46204. We have free visitor parking across the street from our 10th Street main entrance.
Thank you for volunteering to serve our Hoosier Heroes! You help make a difference in the lives of others.
