Jerusalem House provides a continuum of housing and supportive services for homeless and low-income individuals, families, and children affected by HIV/AIDS and leads the community in meeting their needs.
The housing programs of Jerusalem House do more for individuals and families than simply provide homes. In addition to homelessness, poverty and HIV/AIDS, many residents struggle with substance abuse, or have experienced domestic violence and mental health issues. Our staff individually tailors programs with each resident so he/she will have the opportunity to chart a path to recovery at the pace that fits his/her situation. All residents have access to vital supportive services provided by our staff members and collaboratively through 20+ formal partnerships with other Atlanta agencies. Examples of services include case management and counseling, education, budgeting classes, job training, HIV/AIDS specific services, and food/clothing assistance.
We'll work with your schedule.
