The FOOD Pantry Serving Waukesha County is looking for 2 volunteers, preferably a pair within the same household, to drive a transit van to pick up donations each Wednesday morning from 8:45am-1pm. The route includes stores and venues within Waukesha County. Once donations are picked up, volunteers return to the pantry, unload the van, and record the donations on a log sheet. There may be multiple trips to and from within the morning route.
This role helps provide quality food to local families through recovering food from local stores and restaurants that would otherwise go to waste.

We provide free groceries to people living in Waukesha County in need of food assistance. We are an equal opportunity provider and will help everyone we are able to, free of charge, and with complete privacy. We understand that after bills, rent, or unexpected financial troubles, many people are left with very little money, if any, for food. Our mission is to help people through those times.
