We are looking for Volunteers to join us in partnership with Care and Share Mobile. Their mobile food truck has agreed to come and provide food to our families and those in the surrounding community. We are looking for 4 volunteers for this event, which will be held in our Central Office parking lot at 2330 Robinson St. Colorado Springs, CO 80904 from 10am-12pm every Tuesday for as long as possible. CPCD prepares children for success in school and life by providing excellent comprehensive early childhood services in partnership with diverse families and the community.
Description
CPCD is committed to the comprehensive early childhood development model, which is at the basis of its successful Head Start and Early Head Start programs. CPCD serves just under 2,000 prenatal through five-year-old at-risk, low-income and special needs children and their families. We operate classrooms in six school districts. Our two generation approach provides parents with education, services and training to help them be their child's first and best teacher. Community volunteers 12 and older join us year round to change the lives of our most vulnerable citizens.
