Quick Overview: Senior Care Home Entertainment is seeking volunteers for Telephone Outreach to senior care and nursing facilities.

Mission: At Senior Care Home Entertainment, our nonprofit mission is to alleviate depression and loneliness among the residents of senior care and nursing homes by providing premium music and entertainment performances through our television series Entertaining Older Folks at no cost to the care homes.

Impact: During the pandemic, with our roster of musicians and entertainers, we created the variety-style television series, Entertaining Older Folks, created specifically for the residents of senior care and nursing homes and available on local Los Angeles cable and YouTube.

Volunteer Roles & Responsiblities: Get the word out to senior care and nursing home staffs and administrators by calling to let them know about our cost-free and commercial-free television series so they can share with their residents. This would require no more than three hours a week calling senior care and nursing homes to make the staff and administration aware of our series. Brief training session on our database before work begins.

Requirements: Phone and computer with internet access
