Seniors Helping Other Seniors
The Archibald Senior Center is home to a state-of-the art computer lab. Volunteers are needed to help teach classes.
Volunteers are needed to teach "Meet the Computer," an introductory course in computer literacy. Other classes include instruction in word processing, use of the internet and email, use of speadsheets, how to digitally scan photographs, and lessons in using the computer to conduct banking activities and check on drug and insurance benefits.
Terms: Volunteer must be at least 55 years of age

Description
The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) provides opportunities for people 55 and over to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. RSVP offers maximum flexibility and choice to its volunteers, while matching personal interests and skills of older Americans to needs of the community.
