Case Management Assistant
Bridge to Home SCV
Quick Overview: Working with Bridge to Home staff, Housing Corps members help homeless clients move from homelessness to permanent housing through meaningful resource support and impactful connections with community members.
Impact: When clients can get assistance filling out their basic paperwork for necessary housing requirements and build meaningful relationships with volunteers in the process, it removes barriers giving Case Managers time to see more clients. In addition, volunteers become a trusted resource for clients, rebuilding connections between clients and community members.
