Work with SOAR Special Needs to educate our campers on our weekly missions partner for the week of SOAR Summer Camp. Update campers and volunteers on the outreach challenge gaol for the week. Develop and create fun activities and engaging curriculum for campers to learn about our missions partner. Campers will come to your rotation throughout the week. Rotations comprised of mission-focused mini-lessons with an experiential hands-on activity. Create example prayer sheets for team leaders and volunteers to pray with our campers.

Assist and empower families with special needs to SOAR in their local and faith communities with key resources, impactful activities, and thriving environments so that they can live beautiful lives.
Description
SOAR's core values come down to the three main questions every family with special needs asks: Will my children ever be able to provide for themself? Who will take care of my child after I'm gone? Who will take care of me?
These are important questions which deserve a committed organization for solving them. This is why SOAR exists - to provide a powerful destiny for individuals and families with special needs.
We offer FREE SOARly Needed R&R (Respite) nights, both in-person and virtual, for our families with individuals with special needs. During our in person R&R nights, we also have a simultaneous sibling program for siblings from birth to 13-year-old. Each evening has a special theme. These respite nights require volunteers on a regular basis in order to be successful.
We also offer a week long summer day camp for over 100 individuals with special needs. SOAR Camp is not possible without the help of many volunteers throughout the week.

- 8 am - 4 pm week of SOAR Summer Camp, July 19 - 23, 2021. Time to prepare all mission materials before camp.
- Work with the SOAR staff to learn about our missions partner and prepare missions rotation for the week of camp.
