During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
You were a kid. You couldn't WAIT to get outside and dig in the dirt, climb a tree, turn over rocks, observe animals, and explore the natural world. Something sparked a fire in you that drove you to study nature and apply the scientific method to your passion. You can nurture that spark in the next generation of scientist-explorers.
Team Imo is currently looking for volunteers with expertise in biology, ecology, environmental engineering, evolutionary biology, geology, southern New England ecosystems and various species, weather, astronomy, and more. Perhaps you'd like to help us provide content directly in the learning environment. Maybe you'd like to help build the lessons. Perhaps you envision sitting in front of a camera wearing a lav mic while an 8 year old interviews you for your knowledge as part of our Docu-KID-aries programs.
If this sounds like your camp cup of tea, reach out. Help us bring science back to kid's lives.
