Sometimes a small gesture can mean so much. Share some love and cheer with our Hospice patients by making handmade Birthday Cards!
- Many of our patients are celebrating what will be their last birthday. Help us celebrate them and their special day by making cheerful, colorful birthday cards!
- Cards can be mailed to our main office at the following address:
- Grace Healthcare Services Volunteer Department- 105 Fieldcrest Avenue, Edison NJ 08837
- There is no deadline, this opportunity is ongoing.
- Or contact-less card pick up can be provided by our Volunteer Coordinators. Your Volunteer Coordinator will reach out to you to arrange pick-up.
- Volunteer Coordinators will distribute birthday cards to our patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and homes.
- Get the whole family involved! This is a great project for kids to help with!
- Please include "Grace Healthcare Services" somewhere on your card.
