You love nature and community. Helping develop the leaders of tomorrow is truly your jam. You also have a unique ability to connect with people and learn their story. From there, you build relationships to help build a better tomorrow for everyone. It's what you do.

Team Imo is looking for a volunteer member of our leadership team to serve as our Development Coordinator. You'll help the Board of Directors launch our Youth Explore Outdoors 2022 fundraising campaign. This effort is designed to help Imo build programmatic capacity, develop partnerships in the region, and provide free outdoor programs for over 600 children and youth in 2022 alone.

You’ll occupy a position at the bedrock level of the company and help build a network of partners and grant funding sources to achieve a robust fundraising campaign. You’re a Rockstar.

Project Imo is currently entirely volunteer run and operated with plans to build to incremental project-based and per diem part time staffing within 2 years. Our strategic plan has a full time staffing model by 2024. We also offer many opportunities for cross training and volunteer opportunities. If stepping away from development to help lead a kayaking day or hiking program sounds good to you... drop us a line!

If connecting with people is your thing, either in the board room or on the rock face, this volunteer opportunity is for you.

The position is open until filled. U.S. based and U.S. work eligible candidates only. A robust background check process is required.

We look forward to including you in our Village!
