Volunteers are needed to assist with Distribution at Calvary Food Shelf.

  • Shifts are available Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Volunteers are needed to take in truck deliveries, Organize & inspect products, pack food boxes, restock food, assist clients with registration and orders (bilingual a PLUS!), help direct traffic, load cars with orders, deliver food to clients who are unable to come in person, and assist with set up/take down. Several volunteer positions are outside on Th & Sa and indoor volunteer stations follow the CDC guidelines around COVID-19.
  • Volunteers preferred to volunteer on an ongoing basis, however a shorter commitment is also appreciated.
  • Volunteers who speak Spanish or Somali would be extremely helpful but not required.
  • (Food Shelf is located 1 block from GEORGE FLOYD SQUARE)
