If you would like to obtain more information about the certified volunteer ombudsman, I am taking phone calls, virtual meetings and/or face to face meetings. The agency follows CDC guidelines in protecting the people and their staff. We follow the common recommendations such as taking their temperature, six feet apart, using a mask, hand sanitation, using a plexiglass and disinfecting the area of use.
