Food Market Volunteer
Our Food Support team is in need of extra volunteers between April 14st and May 1st at both our Wellstone and Francis Basket food shelf locations!
We could use your help to meet the increased need. The Wellstone Center volunteer shifts are Monday - Friday 9am-Noon and 1pm-4pm. The Francis Basket shifts are Tuesday 9am-11:30am and 1pm-3:30-pm.
We need volunteers to:
- BAG GROCERIES for EMERGENCY BAGS
- unload donations
- weigh and record food donation amounts
- organize food
- stock the shelves in our Food Markets
Please note our Food Market locations-
Wellstone Center location: 179 Robie St. East, St. Paul MN
Francis Basket location: 129 Maynard Dr, St. Paul MN

Our organization has become a full-service hub for those seeking assistance with basic needs, from food to housing, as well as helping create future opportunities through family coaching and education programming.
From our headquarters on the West Side of St. Paul, and newly expanded services in West Seventh, Neighborhood House has supported people from over 50 different cultural backgrounds and nationalities over the decades, nimbly adapting to the rapidly changing needs of the individuals, families, and communities we serve. Our integrated approach to programming recognizes the wholeness of every person’s life and considers aspects of each individual’s needs and well-being so that we can serve every member of a family as they build strength and stability for the future.
