Help ensure that the seniors in your community have enough food to survive.

Meals on Wheels in Proviso Township URGENTLY needs friendly volunteers to deliver nutritious meals to seniors in the Proviso Township area including Melrose Park, Bellwood, Berkeley, Broadview, Forest Park, Hillside, and Elmwood Park.

Meals are picked up at our Melrose Park location at 1609 36th Avenue and delivered Monday thru Friday mornings. Volunteers can help 1 or more days per week, depending on their availability. A delivery route usually takes between 1 1/2 and 2 hours to complete and volunteers receive mileage reimbursement for all miles driven on the route (not including to/from your home and the pick-up location).

All drivers must be 18 years or older.

Your time can make a difference to seniors in your community!
