Share your musical talent by playing an instrument for or singing with a terminally ill patient. Make a difference in their life; music is is a wonderful tool that can be used to reduce pain, improve mood, decrease loneliness, depression and anxiety. Music touches people's memories and helps them to connect with others.Volunteer's will visit in the patient's home to support and encourage the patient and family and to create touching memories that will last.
