The Help Show is an innovative, national podcast that emphasizes educating those in disparity communities and people who are not familiar with mental health issues and the havoc it can have on your life, if not attended to properly. The Help Show's mission is a podcast dedicated to connect families/individuals with community resources and provide educational, mental health awareness with support from licensed professionals and specialists.
The Help Show launches a podcast at the end of each month, educating people about mental health issues and places where you can find resources. We focus on real issues that people face daily, pertaining to mental health and community issues.
