Crown Mentorship Foundation (CMF) is a Black-led not-for-profit organization that provides formal mentorship programs connecting young professionals and learners of Black origin to industry experts to foster experiential growth and promote an increase of Black professionals in various industries. CMF’s mission is to provide formal mentorship programs connecting Black professionals to industry experts.
These mentorship programs facilitate the learners’ development of strong industry-specific skills reinforced with real-world experience, making them better prepared to launch into the workforce with meaningful, relevant knowledge.
In this home-based position, the primary duties are to provide support towards the CMF programs to assure that quality service is provided and organizational goals are met. Organized, self-starters who are effective working independently are very successful in this role.
