Emile Cohl Art Academy’s mission is to promote underserved Talents by providing a high-intensity initiation experience as a fully sponsored education. With a merit-focused selection, we aim to turn the emerging artists into disciplined, versatile emerging professionals.
We are looking for an outstanding leader to serve as Student Retention & Prevention Coordinator. The SRPC will work closely with, and directly reports to the Program Coordinator to troubleshot any extracurricular barriers students might be facing and preventing them from attaining excellent academic outcomes.
YOU WILL:
- Help manage daily enrollment rosters and outreach to students who do not attend class.
- Meet with students one on one to identify causes and solutions to absences.
- Encourage students and provide approved resources and referrals to incoming students with barriers to classes participation. Communicate new and returning student's needs to the appropriate staff.

- You have an extensive network within the nonprofit community.
