LOT2545 serves high-risk and disadvantaged youth in Kampala, Uganda, Africa along with employing single moms with fair wages for their creative works. Because of talented and dedicated volunteers in the US, 98 cents of each dollar donated is spent directly impacting lives in Uganda.

From our original effort to serve young men in Kampala, we have expanded to help others in need. In 2021, we are committed to providing educational classes for young women in the areas of health, life choices, and entrepreneurship.

LOT2545 is looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our board. The board meets a minimum of 4 times a year and regularly communicates through email. Depending on your area of expertise, 2-3 hours a week may be required to accomplish our goals.

We are currently looking for people with experience in the fields of:

  • marketing and merchandising to create awareness of our craft/jewelry line and increase our partner stores
  • fundraising and grant writing
  • communication and social media
  • HR/personnel issues
  • networking and volunteer recruitment
  • legal requirements

If you are interested in joining an organization that is passionate about youth development and empowerment, LOT2545 is for you. We are a registered 501c3 in the US and a registered NGO in Uganda.
