In today’s Crisis caused by the Coronavirus Pandemic, the need for basic needs has hit hard our most Vulnerable Communities in Eastern Uganda, that’s why as Casey Foundation, we have embarked on a fundraising drive to aid 50 households of married young girls acquire fundamental business skills and a startup business as well and 50 young girls at a risk of becoming child brides and teenage mothers to acquire full complete skilling and training course as an empowerment tool. Having a startup business will enable these married young girls to earn a livelihood.
Casey Foundation is targeting to raise a total of $20,000 for this course. Your contribution will help to creates startup business for 50 families of already married young girls at a cost of $6000, train and skill 50 young girl at a risk at a cost of $10000, provide sanitary products to young girls during MHM training at a cost of $1500, provide a training sessions to 500 girls on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) at a cost of $1200 and project management will cost $1300. The project will run for one year.
