During these uncertain times, how can we help?

Youth for Yemen is looking for a passionate, driven student who wants to make real change. Opportunities available range from social media/political advocacy to becoming the director of outreach or president of your state chapter. Our goals right now are to grow our organization and garner national attention to prompt change in Yemen. While that change might not necessarily manifest itself in stopping the war, it might look like inspiring fellow Americans (regardless of age, gender, race, or background) to come together and help the Yemen crisis.
If you are looking to become a social media platform manager, the opportunity entails daily posting/following to gain followers. This should take around 15-30 minutes per day.
If you are looking to open a state chapter, the opportunity entails organizing a group of students (friends, family, friends, peers) and opening a team. After doing so, you will have to ensure that each team member sends the pre-written email (an email already written shared with you when joining the organization, essentially asking for donations/spreading awareness about the Yemen crisis) to family members, friends, friends' parents, their parent's friends (essentially anyone they can think of)!! After the email is sent out, your chapter is done with their outreach and can sit back and watch their unprecedented impact.
If you are looking to become a member/ raise funds, the opportunity entails sending the pre-written email mentioned above to as many people as you can think of. It is encouraged that in the emailing process, you work with your parents to create a contact list (a list of emails of your friends, your family, their friends, their coworkers, anyone you can think of).
If you are looking for smaller ways to get involved, such as social media promotion, recruitment, or outreach, please email me!!
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.

Youth for Yemen is an organization that aims to provide resources to families struggling in Yemen, as well as youth in America with the skills needed to advocate, educate, and lead.
Started by a highschool girl greatly interested in Yemeni water scarcity, Youth for Yemen hopes to demonstrate the immense power of the Youth. The organization partners with Oxfam, and within its first few days of operation has raised over $2,300. Potential volunteers for this organization are preferably those between the ages of 12-20, and those who are passionate about helping others. Depending on what your goals are in the organization, the workload is very low commitment and manageable!! Members can start their own chapters, spread awareness for the cause, work on social media advocacy, and bring new ideas to the table for expanding outreach. The organization is entirely youth-led/run.
We'll work with your schedule.
This is a Virtual Opportunity, with no fixed address.
