Our 5 Mobile Harm Reduction Carriers (Rovers) carry harm reduction tools like Nasal Spray Naloxone and Injectable Naloxone, wound care supplies, safe sex supplies, and now COVID safety materials like face masks. The Rover also provides referrals to treatment and other community resources.
As a volunteer, you will be handing out these items to folks in need at one of our locations that works best for you. Also, using our resource list, you may be able to connect folks with any agencies or organizations in our region that they might find useful.
Ideally, our volunteers have great people skills. Building relationships and trust is how our service can best be delivered. With that, we are hoping to find long term volunteers who'd like to carry on these relationships and help our clients improve their lives thus improve the lives of everyone in the Northwest Corner.
