During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
Women's Cancer Resource Center
Volunteer psychotherapists provide 12 clinical hours over a number of months. Both licensed and license-eligible interns in private practice volunteer 12 sessions to a low-income woman or couple who are living with cancer.
As part of the program, you can choose to participate in an on-going consultation group. This network of like-minded clinicians has become a consistent and supportive presence for our volunteer therapists, as well as in the lives we touch in the cancer care community. The regular consultation groups provide a highly valued opportunity for reflection on the challenges of working with women, of living with cancer and of death and dying.
BIPOC &/or LGBTQ psychotherapists, & those with bi/multi-lingual skills are strongly encouraged to apply.

To empower women with cancer and others to be active and informed consumers and survivors; to provide community for women with cancer and their supporters; to educate the general community about cancer; and to be actively involved in the struggle for a life-affirming, cancer-free society.
We are a multi-service organization providing free services and support to women with cancer, their friends, and family. While our primary focus is women with cancer, we have expanded to provide wellness programs for everyone - including people who do not have cancer - regardless of gender.
We'll work with your schedule.
This is a Virtual Opportunity, with no fixed address.
