Volunteers are needed to provide no-cost rides for older adults throughout Montgomery County to non-emergency medical appointments and weekly grocery shopping. Volunteers have the option of being reimbursed for their mileage (if they use their own vehicle) or can choose to use an agency-owned vehicle (no mileage reimbursement). most appointments typically take between 1-2 hours. Volunteers can have extreme flexibility by choosing when, how often and what areas they choose to serve. You can make a difference in your neighbor's life! Call 518-843-2300 for more information.
