Do you enjoy water coloring and spending time with older adults? Are you looking to share your passion for art with your community? If so, we have the ideal volunteer opportunity for you. NEXT Village helps older adults age in place in their homes and keeps them active in their community. We do this with the help of an amazing group of volunteers who enjoy getting to know their neighbors and providing a helping hand if needed. We are looking for someone to lead a watercoloring or similar art class once a month in the North Beach area. We have a group of members who attended a watercolor class regularly prior to the pandemic, but we had to put in-person events on hold for the safety of our members. Now we are looking to get the group back together! This is an ideal opportunity for volunteers to meet new people, share your love of art, and relax by painting! Contact Liz if you are interested in helping your senior neighbors by leading this class. Make a difference in your community!
