The Kroger Community Food Pantry at Mid-Ohio Foodbank is looking for dedicated volunteers to help guide shoppers through our choice food pantry. Schedule online at http://mofkrogerfoodpantry.mofb.volunteerhub.com
UPDATE TO OUR OPERATION REGARDING COVID-19 We are shifting our model of distribution in our on-site pantry to pre-packaged boxes that are being delivered to customer vehicles, thereby minimizing community spread. We are in great need of volunteers to help prepare these pre-packaged boxes with dairy, protein, produce, bread and shelf-stable food. Because of this new model, we encourage you to bring layers of clothing and any rain gear you might own (i.e. rain jackets, rain boots, etc.) We will continue serving our customers come rain or shine. We have limited rain jackets on-site. If you own one please bring it! We will be serving no matter what. You may be serving indoor, or outdoor (or both), please bring all necessary weather gear with you. Parking info: Please park in our west lot or our lot across the street from the main building. Our east lot is now used for our curbside pantry service model. Also, on occasion our west lot is used as an "overflow" area for cars lining up for our curbsite pantry. It won't be as bad as leaving a concert or sporting event, but it might take a little longer (:

About Mid-Ohio Food Collective
3960 Brookham Drive, Grove City, OH 43123, US
To end hunger one nourishing meal at a time while co-creating communities where everyone thrives.
Since 1980, feeding our hungry neighbors has been our mission. Over the decades, we've learned that hunger goes beyond the dinner plate - a car breaking down, losing a job, combating racism, finding affordable housing, or earning a decent wage. Mid-Ohio Foodbank, Mid-Ohio Farm, Mid-Ohio Market, Mid-Ohio Farmacy, and Mid-Ohio Kitchen work together, five assets interlocked as one solution, to address the social determinants of health that place, and often keep, our neighbors in poverty. Our vision, hunger-free and healthier communities.
