Here at the Discourse Institute we aim to create an environment for individuals from all walks of life, from all disciplines to write well thought out pieces falling into four categories:
THOUGHTS - Stream of consciousness pieces on any topic of the author’s choice
DISCUSSIONS - A self directed debate or discussion around a given topic
BRIEFINGS - Objective and sourced writing on a particular subject or topic
QUESTIONS - A question posed by or to the author and their subsequent attempt of an answer
Subject matter is open to anything (within reason). The subsequent writings are aimed to provide both writer and reader a better understanding of the world around them, whether through opinions, facts, or comparisons of the two.
We are currently looking for willing participants in the institute and our vision. If it resonates with you please feel free to express interest, and for any submissions please send them to info@discourse.institute including a brief background of interests and experiences.

Mission Statement
To provide an online platform for thinkers to publish their writings in discourse. The hope is members of the institute will engage content that informs and aids in improving their understanding of the world instilling empathy and inspires them to do more to develop solutions to problems or ignorance.
Description
Maurizio Liberante, founder of Discourse Institute studied economics and has worked in many industries. His continued use of economics and experiences led to a diverse set of interests spanning various disciplines and a continued want of learning opportunities. He has also always enjoyed thinking creatively in the pursuit of the identification, discussion and solving of everyday problems, particularly with organisations in the third sector. As a consequence Discourse Institute is an attempt to bring like minded individuals together.
