OFTEN, OUR LIBRARIES ARE THE MOST RESPONSIBLE AND TRUSTWORTHY CENTERS OF COMMUNITY LIFE. IF YOU CAN'T TRUST YOUR LIBRARY STAFF, WHOM CAN YOU TRUST FOR RELIABLE INFORMATION AND GUIDANCE

AS THE NEW YEAR GETS UNDERWAY, THE COALITION OF VETERANS ORGANIZATIONS WILL REACH OUT TO LIBRARIES THROUGHOUT THE U.S.A. AND URGE THEM TO BECOME NEIGHBORHOOD CENTERS FOR VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES.GE

WE NEED LOTS OF SUPPORT FROM LIBRARY MEMBERS AND LEADERSHIP IN ORDER TO GET OUR MESSAGE ACROSS TO THESE COMMUNITY PILLARS OF STRENGTH. WE ARE STRESSING THE ROLE LIBRARIES CAN PLAY IN HOSTING WRITING AND CREATIVE ARTS WORKSHOPS FOR VETERANS!

WE WOULD CERTAINLY LIKE TO WELCOME YOU ABOARD!
