Have you ever thought about becoming a foster parent, but full-time fostering sounds like a big commitment?
Being a crisis foster parent might just be for you!
This is a part-time foster parent position for weekends or occasional days each month for children in emergency situations who need immediate placement until a full-time family can be found for them. It could be late at night, early in the morning, or just spur of the moment - either way, you would be helping a child in need during one of the most vulnerable times in their life.
All crisis families will be licensed foster families, but you have the flexibility to accept children on a temporary basis. All training and classes are provided virtually and free of charge.
