The Washington, DC chapter of WGIRLS INC., a 501(3) philanthropic organization, is looking for an enterprising, ambitious female leader to join our Board, who is eager to support girls’ education at a Title I school.
This summer our female-led chapter embarked on a strategic partnership with the Girls Global Academy, an all-girls high school located in downtown, DC.
GGA is a brand new high school designed to encourage girls to become leaders in the fields of STEM and Business. We couldn't be more excited to be helping empower these girls through our fundraising, volunteerism and mentorship efforts.
As the Fundraising Chair, you will be a go-getter and take the lead in helping develop, execute and oversee our community-based philanthropic strategy with oversight by the President and Board.
This is a volunteer position.
