IMPORTANT:

We currently need four attorneys to volunteer their services.
We have several covid recovery & relief projects and programs in the works which require the expertise of licensed attorneys. The four types of attorneys which we need at least one of are as follows:
Nonprofit attorney
Real estate attorney
Civil attorney
Criminal attorney
Whether you are currently practicing and need a tax write-off, or you would like to spice up your retirement, if you are a license attorney we would love to hear from you. Even if you only recently passed the bar you are considered a viable candidate. Disbarred? Don't worry! While you would not be a candidate for use as an attorney your knowledge as a legal consultant would still be valuable to us. Please keep in mind that we are an out-of-the-box thinking organization and are only interested in like-minded souls. So if you love challenges and figuring your way through illegal maze to positive life affirming community serving outcomes, then welcome aboard!
Select volunteers may find permanent paid part-time and full-time positions depending upon conditions and performance.
NOTICE:
Given our lack of staff due to COVID-19, and the amount of people using the "I'm Interested" button and then declining to volunteer altogether, we will no longer be responding to "I'm Interested" requests. Rather, if you are truly interested in volunteering use the link below to fill out our volunteer application form. If after you filled out the form, given the job, and then decline, you will not be allowed to volunteer with us again. Our post presents enough information to make an educated decision as to whether or not you wish to volunteer with us. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Mission Statement
The mission of The Foundation, in part, is to help those in need especially those who have been marginalized within society, by creating new and innovative out of the box problem solving methodologies. We pride ourselves in assisting individuals and groups to overcome the odds and obstacles which face them, to create realistic solutions to complex personal and social issues. The Foundation gets its name from Luke 6:48 of the Holy Bible though we are classified as a 501c3 charity. We believe that if you build a strong base of individuals and community, on a solid foundation, anything can be accomplished.

The Foundation is an IRS registered, tax exempt, nonprofit, charity, dedicated to helping people obtain a higher quality of life through education, counseling, and innovative agressive self help programs.

- Must be at least 18
- While we would only attempt to conduct business during normal business hours, it may be necessary for you to be on call 24 hours a day. These would be rare occasions of emergency only.
- You will have had to have passed the bar and be in good standing with the same. Even if you were disbarred there may be a place for you. We determine things on a case-by-case basis alone.
