Fast replacement of volunteer who had to leave to care for covid-19 effected family members, needed!
We have a very high level director who needs two able-bodied individuals to serve as personal assistance. Your responsibilities will be to take dictation, handle daily calendar, project coordination and administration and other related duties. This is a part time volunteer position which may become a permanent and paid position.
The qualified candidate does not have to have gone to college but must be able to follow instructions exactly, set aside personal beliefs and social stigmas, be punctual, efficient, and available.
Some of you are duties will include taking and making phone calls, taking notes and filling out the required documents, face to face meetings, virtual meetings, and other activities.
NOTICE: Given our lack of staff due to COVID-19, and the amount of people using the "I'm Interested" button and then declining to volunteer altogether, we will no longer be responding to "I'm Interested" requests.
