Non-profit pop culture museum and rental space is seeking a few volunteers to develop and implement ongoing fundraising programs. Prior to COVID-19, Valley Relics Museum was in need of fundraising leaders and now more than ever fundraising is essential to stay open. The effects of COVID-19 are far reaching and in hopes of staying around, fundraising is important and needs to be a constant effort for small non-profits. Valley Relics is a unique and lovable space for all and is a refreshing reminder of California's rich pop culture and history. This opportunity allows an individual that has experience in fundraising for education, arts, history, etc. that would be interested in utilizing those skills to assist Valley Relics Museum in strategizing, developing and implementing ongoing fundraising programs that are relevant and true to the museum's kind, loving community spirit.

Our endeavor is to collect, preserve, interpret, and present the history of The San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas in order to share with residents and visitors alike the stories of those who shaped the region and its role in the nations development. Valley Relics is a non profit organization 501(c)3.
Description
The Valley Relics Museum boasts a vast collection of historical artifacts pertaining to the San Fernando Valley. The collection includes rare photographs, vintage neon signs, postcards, yearbooks, negatives, books, art, automobiles and bicycles from the Valley's past. Valley Relics is a nonprofit organization 501 (c) 3 with an endeavor to preserve and protect our local history and its artifacts while educating the public on the rich history of the San Fernando Valley.
