Thank you for your interest in applying with us at Sea Save Foundation, which is a non-profit ocean conservation, 501 (c) 3 organization. We are seeking an accountant who is knowledgeable in Quickbooks to do a quarterly reconcile and work with our Director to ensure correct categories and classes have been assigned to each expenditure.
We currently need someone who will export a report of all revenues and expenditures., every three months and email it to the Director for review, verification and to make sure all line items are being assigned correct categories.
It would also be of great help for this position if you could also help with completing our tax forms once a year. We do a 990 and a California State form and a few appendices. The forms do not change much each year, but we need help making sure we: With any requisite questions being answered by the director, make sure all forms are completed on time everything on time. We are currently on a calendar year. We complete everything properly.
