-Responsible for providing back-up to Workshop Host including:
- Meeting with Host prior to the event to coordinate details
- Obtaining a copy of slides if the Host is also the Presenter
- Keeping a count of the maximum number of attendees and advising Admin
- Being prepared to assume role of the Host in the event of internet issues.
