Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 2 years experience in Communication, Public Relations, or related field
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Fundraising CRM, Adobe Creative Suite and Non-profit
  • Demonstrated proficiency in social media and associated tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Create & Implement external and internal communications and marketing strategy
  • Oversee development of all internal and external communications
  • Work with leadership to curate and assist in writing newsletters, annual reports, marketing collateral materials, service line recruitment materials, event materials and collateral and electronic communications
  • Edit, produce and distribute social media posts and advertisements
  • Design and layout materials to be used in communications, including templates for ongoing projects
  • Ensure all communications are presented to a high standard, are delivered on time, 'on message' and in line with BFFa’ values, mission, vision and brand standards
  • Produce engaging and motivating content for local and national press outlets
  • Manage The Centers' website.
