Well Beings Studio just launched My Story Quilt, a creativity app for kids. The app’s focus is learning about emotions through play and arts activities. We created it to support children impacted by their family’s cancer, but it also supports any one's creativity and social-emotional learning.
We are looking for high school students interested in helping children in difficult times, through creative activities on mobile app technology.
Earn 3 hours of community service by testing the app and providing feedback on its functionality, performance and the creative activities themselves: painting, drawing, photography, singing, drumming, telling stories, writing letters, reading our book, Little Green Monster: Cancer Magic! and creating little monsters.

Description
Well Beings Studio engages the creative arts to open communication and support emotional well-being of families impacted by cancer, other traumas and difficult times. We focus on understanding emotions; processing change, grief and loss; and utilizing reading, writing, and creative arts for well-being. We work to dismantle stigmas about cancer, emotions, and asking for help. We are committed to inclusion, equity, and sharing multiple voices and diverse perspectives on creativity and wellness.
