As a Precious Pearls Mentor volunteer, you’ll assist girls in furthering her daily life skills such as self-confidence, self-esteem, academic excellence and moral values. To enable and help girls learn how to help herself and encourage her to make her own decisions and take responsibility for them, and show them they’re capable of more than they ever imagined. Your sole aim should be to support, uplift and encourage.

Precious Pearls Mentoring and Steppers mission is to educate and empower girls ages 10-18 by inspiring them to recognize and embrace their own potential to be confident, self-sufficient, unique, determined, and powerful in their lives as well as in their communities, while encouraging sisterhood. We are committed to inspiring and challenging girls to pursue academic excellence, leadership, personal growth and development.

Description

Precious Pearls Mentoring & Stepper Co was founded in 2018 with the purpose of reaching out to girls in need of mentorship and guidance. In our sessions, we dive into a various topics ie: health, relationships, friendships, Identity, Self-Esteem, respect, bullying and a host of other topics. We have quarterly session with businesses in the community to learn about different career fields and gain insight. Precious Pearls Mentoring & Stepper Inc. is a place where girls can come to find/gain inspirational and informative guidance that will aid and equip them to become a better version of themselves.
