Summit Hospice is looking for volunteers to ease boredom, loneliness, and social isolation. To make life just a little bit brighter. There are wonderful people who need your kindness and support. You can do this by conversations, playing board games, reading a book, or just simply holding a hand. Not sure you can help? Everyone has something to offer, we will help you find that something. We will train all volunteers. Most of our volunteers visit the patients at their place of residence to provide companionship. And we also
have administrative, bereavement, spiritual, and music volunteers. We fit the volunteers skill set, and personality with the needs of the patient to provide and add quality to their lives.

Our mission will provide high quality home care to meet each patient's health care needs. Understanding the communities need for the individualized care. Hence individualized care will be our highest priority.

Everyone has something to offer we will help you find that something. We will train all volunteers. Volunteers provide companionship to our patient's at their place of residence, whether that is in their home, nursing home, assisted living or personal care home. We also have Volunteers work in the office, help with party planning, making packets, or even helping to create legacies for our patient's family members.
