Stewardship Saturday at Heron Lakes Golf Course
ORGANIZATION: Columbia Slough Watershed Council
Please visit the new page to apply.
Trade in your golf clubs for a shovel and come join us at Heron Lakes Golf Course for another edition of Stewardship Saturdays. This is always a special event as this course sits on the former site of the City of Vanport, and we will discuss the social and historical legacy left in the wake of the floods that destroyed what was once Oregon’s second largest city. Come help add some critical riparian habitat to out-of-play areas at Heron Lakes. Face coverings and 6 ft social distancing required.
