Patient care is a priority for every nurse. It becomes challenging when nurses must spend a significant amount of time searching for supplies or having to take long walks to supply rooms - that's where you can step in! Runners help reduce the time nurses spend locating and organizing supplies. That's valuable time that nurses and other medical professionals could be spending with their patients.
A runner assists with all nonclinical tasks including but not limited to stocking nurse servers, stocking isolation carts, running errands, and reporting issues to clinical staff.
