The Photography and Video Coordinator will take high-quality photos and videos for College Now & Career Network. They’ll produce exciting and up-to-date content for our student events, volunteers, and staff. We’ll share this online and on social media, ultimately raising the visibility of College Now & Career Network.

The Photography and Video Coordinator will attend, promote, and document school events. This includes creating images and videos we can share on social media. Specific responsibilities for this role include...

  • Taking photos of students, teachers, college tours, and graduation ceremonies.
  • Taking photos at fundraisers, events, and Gala
  • Taking photos at our community outreach programs
  • Creating videos for the Social Media Team
  • Creating videos to promote our programs and services


The Video and Photography Coordinator will report to College Now & Career Network's Executive Director and work with the Social Media Team.

We're looking for someone who...

  • Can commit to two hours per week
  • Has access to professional equipment (preferred, but not necessary)
  • Can share photos and videos with dropbox and post online
  • Is comfortable with traveling to events, outreach days, and more


  • Has experience in the video and photography field
  • Is knowledgeable about Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, etc.
Volunteers will be given LinkedIn recommendations from the Executive Director after 3 months of service.
